The CCI Series compact rod cylinders are single-acting cylinders with elastomeric pneumatic cushioning for smoother performance in a variety of applications.

CCI's designs offer standard packages with a variety of sizes and mounting variants. Single and double acting types are available in various variations such as externally or internally threaded piston rods, single or double rod end versions, hollow piston rods, torsion protection, high temperature versions and metal rod scrapers.

All compact cylinders in the CCI range comply with ISO 21287 - a directive establishing a metric range of single-rod pneumatic compact cylinders with bore diameters from 20 mm to 100 mm, available at operating pressures of 1000 kPa (10 bar) Used with or without magnetic function.

Performance characteristics

The pressure dew point must be at least 15 °C below the ambient and medium temperatures and must not exceed 3 °C.

The oil content of the air pressure must remain constant during the life cycle.

Only use engine oils approved by Bosch Rexroth.

ATEX-certified cylinders can be generated in the Internet configurator.

ATEX ID II 2G2D c T4 T135°C -20°C ≤Ta ≤60°C.
